How do I choose the right size?
We offer a unique size guide to ensure the perfect fit every time.
In South Africa, we refer to the 'UK' size on the shoe tag when choosing our shoe size. We suggest you also consider the EUR size on your current shoes when making your choice. While the 'UK' size may vary from brand to brand, the EUR sizes (36-45) remain consistent and should be considered when making your selection.
If the shoe needs to be exchanged for another size, we also offer a return policy.
How should I clean my shoes?
For cleaning, immerse your shoes in lukewarm water and gently scrub them by hand. After thoroughly rinsing, wrap them in soft paper and let them dry in a shaded outdoor area.
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent damage to the shoe, as UV rays can cause discoloration.
Are OUR shoes 100% authentic?
We specialize in UA quality, which is made in the same facility with the same materials as the OG but is not part of their retail supply chain.
All our sneakers go through rigorous quality checks before we release them to ensure you get a shoe that’s comparable to the store. We also offer a return policy if you are not happy with the product you receive, as well as a quality guarantee. We are only happy if you are happy.
How do I track my order with Fastway?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on 'Track Your Order' for real-time updates on your shipment.
DO YOU OFFER SIZE EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?
Yes, we offer size exchanges if needed, provided it’s a short time after your order is received; we will book a collection with Fastway to collect your return and send you the correct size. The shoes must be unused and in their original box.
Due to our strong customer relations, size guidelines, and quality control process, we very rarely have returns, but in the event that we cannot meet your expectations, a full refund will be issued to you
