Exchange Grace Period
In the unlikely event that your shoes are the wrong size, we offer size exchanges within a short time after you receive your order. We will book a collection with Fastway to collect your return and send you the correct size.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your shoes must be unused and in their original box. No returns or refunds will be processed if the shoes have been worn.
Refund Policy
Due to our strong customer relations, size guidelines, and quality control process, we very rarely have returns. However, if we cannot supply the correct size after your size change request or are unable to meet your requirements, a full refund will be issued to you.
