In South Africa, we refer to the ‘UK’ size on the shoe tag when choosing our shoe size. We suggest you also consider the EUR size on your current shoes when making your choice. While the ‘UK’ size may vary from brand to brand, the EUR sizes (36-45) remain consistent and should be considered when making your selection.

If the shoe needs to be exchanged for another size, we also offer a return policy.

Yes, we offer size exchanges if needed, provided it’s a short time after your order is received; we will book a collection with Fastway to collect your return and send you the correct size. The shoes must be unused and in their original box.

Due to our strong customer relations, size guidelines, and quality control process, we very rarely have returns, but in the event that we cannot meet your expectations, a full refund will be issued to you
