Refund policy

We offer size exchanges if needed, provided it’s a short time after your order is received; we will book a collection with Fastway to collect your return and send you the correct size. The shoes must be unused and in their original box.

Due to our strong customer relations, size guidelines, and quality control process, we very rarely have returns, but in the event that we cannot meet your expectations, a full refund will be issued to you
